Every member of the Moose Fraternity is
an important "piece of the solution"!
Thank You for all you do!
We understand that some are unable to
participate in fund raisers and activities as
often as others. We do appreciate what
you do also.
By paying your yearly dues, you help
support our efforts for Mooseheart and
Moosehaven. Where would we be without
our members paying their dues every
year.
There are many different kinds of
volunteers.
There are the working volunteers - these
are the members that plan, work and
participate in fund raisers for the lodge
and chapter. You see their names often in
the newsletter as we report what's
happened at the lodge.
Then there are the silent volunteers. Even
though we rarely see them, they continue
to pay their dues every year to support
our causes. Some even give other
donations above and beyond their dues.
These have gone without the recognition
they deserve. If you make a donation
directly to Moose Intl. or Moose Charities -
Please drop us a note and let us know, so
that we are aware of your generosity.

When the day of judgment nears,
That there’s a special place in Heaven,
Set aside for volunteers.
Furnished with big recliners,
Satin couches and footstools,
Where there are no committee chairmen,
No yard sales or rest area coffee to serve,
No library duty or bulletin assembly,
There will be nothing to print or staple,
Not one thing to fold or mail,
Telephone lists will be outlawed.
But a finger snap will bring
Cool drinks and gourmet dinners
And rare treats fit for a king.
You ask, “Who’ll serve these privileged
And work for all they’re worth?”
Why, all those who reaped the benefits,
And not once volunteered on Earth.
